Optimized proportional-integral controller for a photovoltaic-virtual synchronous generator system

چکیده

Due to the lack of a physical rotating rotor, photovoltaic generators (PVG) have no inertia. Therefore, replacing traditional synchronous (SG), (source inertia), with PVG will reduce inertia overall power systems. A reduced and damping feature frequently cause instability issues due high rate change frequency (RoCoF), less stringent voltage at nearby point common coupling (PCC). In this paper, concept virtual (VSG) is adopted in couple source grid order provide This created by using energy storage for short time, direct current (DC) alternating (AC) converter, suitable control mechanism. implementing VSG, important aspects focus on are reducing fluctuation DC-link voltage, stabilize flow. So, particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm was used adjust parameters proportional integral (PI) controller error regulator VSG controller. The simulation results illustrate advantages PI tuning PSO, where overshoot decreased 68.9% settling time 34% load fluctuations.
